Q: How long does it take to build my website?
A: It depends on the package!
The ceremony package is usually done in 5-7 business days
The Keepsake and Full Celebration Packages take 7-10 business days. Rush delivery is available if needed!
Q: What do I need to get started?
A: Just a few simple things:
Your names and wedding date
Event details (time, venue, etc.)
Photos (for the homepage, story, etc.)
Any links you want to include (registry, travel, etc.)
Your preferred package (you'll select this on the form)
Q: What happens after the wedding?
A: If you choose the Ceremony Package, I'll archive the website (or use it for my portfolio). You can always extend it later if needed.
For Keepsake and Full Celebration clients, I'll transfer Ownership of the site so it's 100% yours to keep and update.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Since these are customer-built projects, I don't offer refunds after the work begins. However, I'll always do my best to ensure you're satisfied with the final product.
Q: Can I preview my site before it goes live?
A: Yes! I'll send you a private preview link before it's published publicly.
